Refund Eligibility: Course Completion Limit: Eligibility for a refund requires that no more than 25% of the course content has been completed.
Application of Strategies: Applicants must provide evidence of applying the strategies and techniques taught in the course, demonstrating a genuine effort to engage with and utilize the material.
Refund Approval Process: Approval for all refund requests is contingent upon coordination with our team. We will evaluate your progress, participation, and the extent of services utilized in the program to ascertain your eligibility for a refund.
Restrictions: Refunds are not granted to individuals who enroll solely to access proprietary information, such as those intending to ‘learn and drop’ or extract content for personal gain without full course completion.
Process of Cancellation & Refund: All requests for cancellation and refund must be submitted in writing via email to winnercircleacademy@gmail.com within the specified timeframe.Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7 business days, minus a cancellation charge to cover any associated fees.
Post-Refund Access: Following a refund, all access to the course materials will be revoked. Re-enrollment in the program is required to regain access.

Mr. & Mrs. eCom Personally Guarantees That If You Follow The Program & Act On The Coaching & Go Through The Steps and Don’t Have A Store Up And Running Making Sales Within A 90 Day Timeframe, Then Our Coaches Will Continue To Work With You For Another 30 Days Personally Supporting You To Get A Product Making Sales. We Are Going To Equip You With The High-Value Skills, Resources And Tools Needed To Sell Products Online!

The criteria for eligibility for a 30-day extension are as follows:

Full Attendance: Students must attend all scheduled calls during the 12 week immersive training.
Successful Program Curriculum Completion: Students should complete all required coursework and assignments.
Active Engagement: Students must demonstrate proactive communication with their designated coach throughout the course by touching base with their coach 3x – 5x a week minimum whether it is a mix of calls and chat support.
Product Testing: Students should actively engage in testing a minimum of 6 products as part of the learning process to start selling a product. Students must actually launch the products via advertising with the recommended budget.

All of the bullets above are documented and tracked with our student progress tracker. You will have your own individual progress tracker.

This extension will be granted selectively, only to those who meet the above criteria. The objective is to recognize and support students who exhibit a high level of commitment and involvement in the program.

This initiative reinforces our dedication to providing a superior learning experience and maintaining the integrity of our “Guarantee.” By motivating students to excel in their studies, we strengthen our brand reputation and overall student satisfaction.

You agree that you fully understand that our staff is always willing to work with you and will always honor any guarantee. You agree to contact us before you attempt to file any dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card.

However, if you file a fraudulent dispute or chargeback, your account will be reported to your bank as fraud, sent to collections, and possibly pursued legally.
